At GLOBAL DIGITAL IDENTITY LTD, we provide personalized digital identity services through the registration of exclusive domains on the blockchain, via the platform https://www.globaldigitalidentity.locker.

​

Unlike automated domain systems, all requests go through an immediate pre-registration phase followed by manual review before final confirmation on the blockchain.


This process ensures legal compliance, intellectual property protection, and the integrity of our global identity network.

1. Immediate Pre-Registration, Initial Activation, and Review

Upon order confirmation:

​

  • The requested domain immediately enters pre-registration status.

  • The Global Digital Profile (gdi.locker/yourname) is preliminarily activated on our Web2 platform.

  • During this period, the domain and profile undergo legitimacy checks and trademark conflict analysis.

​

The review is completed within a reasonable time frame, according to our governance and security policies.

​

2. Protection Against Bad Faith and Trademark Conflicts

During the review, we verify:

​

  • Potential misuse of registered trademarks, company names, or public figures without authorization.

  • Similarities with existing trademarks that could cause confusion or legal disputes.

GLOBAL DIGITAL IDENTITY LTD reserves the right to:

​

  • Request supporting documents to validate the legitimacy of the request.

  • Reject the request and issue a full refund if misuse or conflict is identified.

3. Final Approval and Permanent Blockchain Registration

If the domain is approved after review:

​

  • It will be permanently and irreversibly registered on the Bitcoin blockchain.

  • The Global Digital Profile already active on Web2 will continue without interruption.

​

Once permanently registered on the blockchain, no cancellations, changes, or refunds will be accepted.

​

4. Limitations in Case of Legal Disputes Post-Activation

If, after registration and activation, a legal dispute arises involving a registered trademark or intellectual property, and a legal authority issues a ruling against the domain:

​

  • The domain will be deactivated from our Web2 services and Global Profile platform.

  • The user will retain ownership of the domain on the blockchain (Web3), but it will no longer be accessible or functional through our Web2 platform.

​

This action is final and non-negotiable to comply with legal obligations and protect third-party rights.

​

5. Affiliates and Commissions

​

  • Affiliate commissions will be granted after the confirmation of pre-registration and initial activation of the Global Digital Profile.

  • Requests that are rejected or blocked during the review will not generate commissions, ensuring the integrity and sustainability of the affiliate program.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
